I had a chance to visit my cousin this summer in Kyoto, Japan.
I have learned the process of making Matcha and how impressive their Matcha is!
They use a hand-operated grinder to make their Matcha everyday.
Only 20% of Matcha is made with this method in Japan.
Then they pack the ground Matcha right away into the small packages to keep the best freshness.
Their Matcha is made with a lot of attention and lots of Love.
